Primé au 22 ème Festival du Polar de cognac avec un film auto-produit, Nicolas Lopez avait surpris par la qualité de son travail. En effet : 70.000€ de budget, 4 jours de tournage et bien sur un talent réel, voila qu’il accouche d’une pépite remarquée.
A noter que ce projet cinématographique du nom de « CAID » était un projet de réalisation à 4 mains puisque Basterga Ange était déjà sur la réalisation avec lui et surtout à l origine de l’ecriture du film.
De ce long métrage et d’une entente avec la plateforme Netflix, on retrouve Nicolas Lopez et Basterga Ange qui nous proposent sous un format inédit :
« CAID » qui sera sous la forme de 10 épisodes de 10 minutes dès le 10 Mars et cela en sortie mondiale.
Nul doute que cette plongée moderne et immersive, avec un cadre très serré, associé à un rythme soutenu, sera le reflet le plus proche de l’univers de ce que la vie d’un Caïd des cités de nos jours peut être.
Docu, film, cela sera à coup sûr une interrogation que vous vous porterez. C’est aussi surtout la signature de leur cinéma.
Le 10 Mars marquera une nouvelle direction dans son parcours qui semble ouvert à de nombreux projets et succès.
